1. Services and Booking

We offer professional pet grooming services for dogs and cats. All bookings require advance reservation via our online system or by contacting us directly. Appointments are confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment forfeit the deposit.

2. Payment and Fees

Full payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Late payments may incur a 5% monthly interest fee. Service fees are subject to change without prior notice, and current rates are published on our website.

3. Pet Health and Safety

Owners must disclose all known medical conditions, allergies, behavioral concerns, and vaccination status prior to grooming. We reserve the right to refuse service to pets exhibiting aggression, severe illness, or contagious conditions. We are not liable for pre-existing conditions or injuries resulting from pet behavior beyond our reasonable control.

4. Liability and Limitation

While we exercise professional care, Jakarta Pet House Grooming is not liable for incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from service use. Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the disputed service. We do not guarantee specific grooming outcomes due to variations in coat texture, skin sensitivity, or pet cooperation.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website—including text, images, logos, and design—is the property of Jakarta Pet House Grooming and protected under international copyright laws. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.

6. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
